Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We ship to Austria. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery to Austria takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. The exact delivery cost and timing for your order are shown at checkout before you pay — those checkout figures are the ones that apply. See our Shipping Policy page for full details.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through Shopify's checkout, including major cards and supported digital wallets shown at checkout. Card details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and are never stored on our servers.

What is your return policy?

Customers in the EU have a 14-day returns window for any reason from delivery. Email fauserich@fauserich.com within 14 days of delivery to start a return, then send the item back promptly. Return postage is paid by you, except for defective, damaged, or wrong items, where we cover it. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Sealed hygiene or beauty items once opened, and custom-made items, are excluded. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?

Email fauserich@fauserich.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, or a refund to your original payment method, as quickly as possible — and we cover the return postage in these cases.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at fauserich@fauserich.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed, but the 14-day returns window still applies after delivery (see above).

What currency are your prices in?

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout before you confirm payment, including any delivery cost shown there.
