Returns & Refunds

At Fauserich LLC (fauserich.com) we want you to be happy with your order. This page is both our return policy and our refund policy: the same terms below cover how to return an item and how your refund is handled. If you are shopping from Austria or elsewhere in the European Union, these terms apply.

14-Day Returns — changed your mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, for any reason — you do not need to give a reason. (This is your EU right of withdrawal.) To start a return, email us at fauserich@fauserich.com within the 14-day period with your order number and a clear statement that you would like to return the item(s). Once you have told us, please send the item(s) back promptly and in any case within 14 days of your message, unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Who pays for the return postage?

For a return because you changed your mind, the cost of returning the item is paid by you, the customer. If the item arrived defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return cost — contact us first at fauserich@fauserich.com so we can arrange it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof that you have sent it back), we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For a change-of-mind return, the refund covers the price of the returned item(s) and the standard delivery cost you paid; any extra cost of an express delivery option you chose is not refunded. We may hold the refund until the returned goods arrive back with us.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

Sealed hygiene, beauty, or body-contact items once the seal has been opened or the item has been used.
Custom-made or personalised items (for example, items engraved or made to your specification).

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If something arrives defective, damaged, or different from the description, email fauserich@fauserich.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method as quickly as possible, and we cover the return postage in these cases.
