Fauserich LLC ("Fauserich", "we", "us") operates fauserich.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our store or place an order, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

Order and contact data: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, and phone number, as provided at checkout or when you contact us.
Order data: the products you order, order totals, and order status.
Technical data: device and browser information, pages visited, and cookies used to run and secure the store.
Support messages: anything you send us when you contact support.

Payment card details are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use your data

We use your data to process and deliver your order, provide tracking, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, and keep the store secure. The legal bases are performance of the sales contract, our legitimate interest in running a secure store, compliance with legal obligations (such as accounting and tax records), and your consent where you have given it (for example, newsletter signup).

Who we share data with

We share only what is needed to run the store: Shopify (our store platform), payment providers (to take payment), and carriers (to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep data

We keep order data only as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns or warranty issues, and meet legal accounting and tax obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can help; you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (cart, checkout, security) and, where enabled, general analytics to understand how the store is used. We do not name or rely on any specific third-party tracker beyond what Shopify provides to run the store. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
