5. Shipping & Deliveries

  • Shipping terms, transit estimates, and delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Standard domestic delivery across the United States is provided at a flat rate of $2.00.

  • Delivery timeframes (typically 5 to 8 business days) are estimates and not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier volume surges, adverse weather, or inaccurate delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Strict No Change of Mind Policy: We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or change of mind.
