We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. You have 14 calendar days from the date your tracking number confirms delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered according to carrier tracking, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return, replacement, or refund.

2. Strict "No Change of Mind" Policy

To maintain high standards, competitive pricing, and efficient fulfillment across our product catalog:

  • No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental orders, or personal preference discrepancies (e.g., ordering the wrong color/size/model or deciding you no longer want the product after dispatch).

  • Items showing obvious signs of customer misuse, improper voltage connection, accidental drops, unauthorized alterations, or missing original packaging/accessories.

4. How to Request a Return (Free Returns for Defective/Damaged Items)

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Important: Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from receiving our approval notification:
