Ordering and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email; the sales contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or the details provided are incorrect) and will refund any payment taken.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided honestly and are based on the supplier's information for each item; colours and sizes may vary slightly from photos. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout before you confirm payment, including any delivery cost shown there. Prices may change, but the price confirmed at checkout for your order does not.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through Shopify's checkout, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Card details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers and are never stored by us.

Delivery to Austria

We ship to Austria. Processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery to Austria takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch (an estimate only); the exact cost and timing for your order are shown at checkout before payment. See our Shipping Policy page for full details.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for any reason. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to start a return, return postage, refunds, and exceptions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for products that are defective or do not match their description, as set out in our Returns & Refunds page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
